How do the nose vents work?
In the majority of cases, snoring is caused by the entrance to the nose being too narrow or being blocked (weak nostrils). This means you get insufficient air while asleep. If for any reason nasal breathing is not possible, our body’s self-preservation mechanism forces us to breathe through the mouth. This causes our tongue and lower jaw to fall back in your throat blocking the airway which results in localized tissue vibration and produces the snoring sound. The nose vents improve the flow of air through the nose, improves your nose breathing, and eliminates snoring.
